Position Description

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance healthcare services? We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the E-Health sector. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and healthcare operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements within the E-Health IT services.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.

- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.

- Perform administrative duties related to E-Health systems.

- Troubleshoot issues with end users and provide timely resolutions.

- Develop and execute test plans for system deployments.

- Create and deploy integrated customizations to support end user requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the E-Health sector.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and electronic health record (OpenEHR) systems.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall project management.

- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian language.
