We are looking for a Data Analyst to help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market.

What You will do:

Support our teams in Kenya and Uganda with the implementation of new projects by interpreting data from our CRM, Google Analytics, and other external databases
Support business in understanding the performance of our processes and products by extracting data and creating meaningful insights
Apply the knowledge gained from data to suggest changes in the product setup or processes
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics (we are working with Power BI & redash.io)
Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
Analyze all operational activities & performance (mainly sale & debt collection)
Suggest operational KPIs & performance measurement systems
Run A/B testing in various departments with the goal to find better ways to achieve results
Work closely with the IT team to resolve any data-related issues and bugs
Support local teams with technical or data-related issues
Make proposals for changes in business processes or the development of new processes

What You will need:

SQL knowledge (can be basic, intermediate would be preferred)
R / Python knowledge would be an advantage
Interest in the data analytics field or finished a course specializing in data analysis
Proficiency in English
Sense of humor, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset
