We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague to support our Technology Leaders in Danske Bank. You will join the Business Management & Implementation (BM&I) organisation consisting of three teams with around 25 colleagues, all committed to enabling and supporting tasks and initiatives related to transforming, running, and managing the Banks TECH Innovation & Foundation organisation.
This role will be a great starting point to get close to our leadership agenda and get organizational insight.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:
- Enter the role as Personal Assistant to our Technology Leader (Co-Head of Tech Strategy & Acceleration)
- Provide seamless, value adding and professional support to the leader by supporting with proactive calendar management, travel management and meeting preparations
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the Business Management & Implementation team – and interact with colleagues and stakeholders across Technology & Services (T&S)
- Have a chance to expand your responsibilities (as you settle into the role) and contribute to driving or supporting the TECH agenda across T&S
- Be involved (depending on your background and preferences) in various exciting initiatives, e.g., driving acceleration agenda (that could be employee engagement, offsite and event planning)
About you:
- Previous experience in management coordinator/executive or personal assistant or similar roles
- Delivery focused: excellent planning, communication and organizational skills
- Service minded: helpful, generous, and focused on finding solutions to problems that support your leader
- Able to navigate in a dynamic environment: manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
- Positive, diplomatic, and relation-building attitude as a team member
- Proactive approach and ability to take ownership
- People-focused and able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the bank
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
