ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Here at Visma, we provide mission-critical software that helps businesses to grow and keep in line with local laws and regulations. As a result, we give top priority to ensuring that our products uphold a strong security posture and are meticulously architected to meet the highest standards.

We have developed a multi-product platform which facilitates seamless onboarding to various security software solutions while also providing a mechanism to measure their impact. Now were scaling up on this success and intend to apply the same winning formula to ensure that Visma solutions adhere to best practices, so Hubble and Index, the two products that our platform is centred around, will extend their coverage beyond security, encompassing areas such as legal and product development, including Product Discovery, AI and more. Weve built our apps on the foundation of gamification, with a strategic focus on behaviour change. Our plan is to evolve these principles into a powerful steering tool for decision-making within Visma.

To continue our success story, we're looking for a Software Architect to become part of our team. We are looking for someone who not only designs structures but also architects the path to achievement. As an architect in Visma, youll be part of a diverse community of 300+ architects, where we love to share knowledge, inspire, and learn from each other.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Proven track record as a Software Architect.
Extensive expertise in .NET Core.
Familiarity with web development Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
Ability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
Understanding of architectural patterns and design principles.
Experience in microservices architecture.
API design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of various database technologies (relational and NoSQL).
In-depth knowledge of Azure services.
In-depth understanding of security best practices.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Skills in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
Understanding of DevOps principles and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Technical leadership and exceptional mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Youll be working with the fields top-notch specialists and one of them will become your coach. 💪 Also here in Visma we have an international network of specialists within the organisation to build Your rep and skills even stronger.
We have internal knowledge sharing sessions where we learn the newest trends in programming languages, QA, security, etc. 💻
We also have our own library and anyone can order new books, as well as use online licences to various learning sites, get certifications, etc. 📖
