Collateral Management area is a dynamic setting, which involves collaboration with large corporate and institutional clients, stakeholders across all Nordic countries and global vendors. As a leader in this area, you will be instrumental in shaping our Collateral Management Services.

Your role will be twofold – leading the Collateral Management domain and also assume a role of Deputy Head of Markets Services.

As the Head of Collateral Management, you will oversee a team of specialists and analysts, supporting day-to-day Collateral Management processes. Additionally, you will have a Team Leader directly reporting into you, further enhancing the leadership scope and giving the full domain responsibility in your role.

In your capacity as the Deputy Head of Markets Services, youll have the opportunity to participate in strategic work, influence the direction of the Markets Services function, and drive broader initiatives on the LC&I Services level. This combination of roles provides a unique platform for you to leverage your leadership skills and industry knowledge to make a significant impact on our operations.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Own the Collateral Management domain vision and roadmaps
  • Lead Collateral Management team and Clearing Collateral Team, ensuring high-quality delivery according to Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in technology, business, and risk to ensure Collateral Management integration in the relevant value chains
  • Act as the point of escalation for Collateral Management inquiries
  • Engage, develop, coach, and motivate your team members to achieve team goals
  • Drive innovation, re-engineer existing processes for standardization and improved controls
  • Drive post-trade services automation to reduce risks & increase efficiency
  • Participate in new business initiatives, assess requirements, identify and assess risks, and formulate action plans for their mitigation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within the function

About you:

  • Good understanding of Collateral Management area
  • Experience in Wholesale Banking Post-Trade Services
  • 2 years of leadership experience in the banking or finance-related sector
  • Good understanding of Collateral Management value chain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to make timely decisions with high attention to detail
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 4720 EUR to 7080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
