Senior IT Analyst, Service Desk & Business Support Operations

This is your opportunity to be a key part of and:

Coordinate and support key systems for data exchange on financial instruments and contract data.
Develop and analyze functional specifications.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand the requirements.
Participate in the software development process and provide analytical input for Product Owners and Developers.
Analyze current systems and provide solutions for the integration with innovative solutions.
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
Provide advice and technical training.
Keep up to date about technology and development trends.
Document the developments per agreed company standards.

For a perfect match, you need:

Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
Good knowledge of MS SQL.
Good knowledge of data APIs, ideally with SOAP and REST protocols.
Knowledge of IT analysis methods and tools.
Understanding systems design and workflows.
Previous experience with participating in or leading IT projects.
Excellent oral and written Lithuanian and English.
Personality with strong cooperation orientation, accuracy, correctness, initiative, honesty, conscientiousness, and ability to work within strict deadlines and in a complex environment.
Understanding how code works and working with developers is an advantage.

Company's offer:

Salary: 3200-3500 EUR gross.
Health insurance.
Hybrid working model (after probation period; after 6 months up to 4 remote days).
