The company is on the lookout for an IT Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in its continuous growth and dedication to staying ahead in the tech landscape. This position will be a key player in both the cross-functional Project Management Office (PMO) and the global Merger and Acquisition (M&A) teams.

 

Project Coordinator

 

·      Manage and follow up on key project actions.

·      Support IT procurement activities: manage various quotes, purchase requests and orders, track and process invoices, etc.

·      Support managed assets: track orders across different locations and coordinate with local IT Support.

·      Support budget vs. spend tracking and reporting.

·      Prior experience working in a global environment.

·      Ability to pull a diverse group of stakeholders with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.

·      Ability to work well within an environment of frequently changing priorities, adapt as needed, and develop a solution-oriented approach.

·      Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.

·      Ability to communicate professionally & effectively to both technical and business teams, across all levels of the organization. Excellent presentation skills & comfort around senior leadership.

·      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and develop a solution-oriented approach.

·      Salary up to 2700 EUR Gross.

·      Possibility of working under a B2B contract.

·      Ability to work remotely from any city in Lithuania.

·      Contract for a 12-month period with further possibility of extension.
