Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in embedded software for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

Safety Division is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Division Manager.

In this role, you will play a key role in both team management and strategic division growth.

In QuaDigi you will join our leadership community here locally and at the same time become a part of the larger international community within our company's group.

Work

This leadership role will include frequent communication with stakeholders as well as close support of current engineering teams. You would also take part in technical discussions, so it would be great to have some sort of software development background or at least general IT projects management understanding, in order to speak "same language".

For this position we are looking for a Division Manager who has prior experience working on a large-scale projects/teams/programs as well as:

Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to mentor employees and guide the team towards achieving objectives and improving levels of performance.
Managing various requests of team members and handling them in a timely manner.
Organizational skills to understand and ensure regulatory compliance within project and organization.
Understanding and meeting the needs of all customers/partners as well as addressing the concerns of organization.
Creating and implementing strategies to reach targets and objectives.
Supporting companys internal projects and guiding the team through changes.
Ability to set priorities with multiple objectives and drive results.

Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, team spirit and a good English are also very important for this role.
