Are you passionate about making a significant impact in HR Services through the Service Now platform?

Were on the lookout for individual who have hands-on experience with Service Now and a knack for analysing and designing business processes end-to-end. If you have the ability to articulate the changes and introductions in business processes as part of solution development, wed love to hear from you.

If acting as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the HR Services, documenting and finding the solutions makes an exciting day at work, you are exactly who we are looking for to join.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

You have an opportunity to become part of HR Service delivery which supports the organisation in creating excellent employee experiences that support and enable us to be effective and focus on creating great customer experiences in all market areas
Work with HR Service Now project that was launched globally
Administrate HR Knowledge articles on a variety of different topics to enable employee self-service on HR platform, systems, processes, and policies
Collaborate with colleagues from other HR Teams on process improvements and system developments
Work with data, quality, and system improvements

About you:

Familiarity with HR processes is advantageous.
Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging scenarios
Good investigative skills
Agility and proactive approach to tasks.
Positive can-do attitude
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage
Advanced English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
