The IT Service Manager is responsible for the delivery and management of IT services within the organization. This includes overseeing day to day operational performance output of the supplier, covering incident management, problem management, change management and other IT service management processes.

What You Will Do:

• Participate in preparation and negotiation of SLAs, OLAs, UCs and third party/external contracts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level targets
• Escalate process improvement needs to process managers and owners
• Act as CSI Manager, manage service improvement plan
• Attend and provide input as necessary in operational review meetings with the supplier and or business units
• Oversee incident management, problem management, and change management process quality within service area
• Act as coordinator point for change control and quality between the business and supplier and that all demands are translated correctly to supplier and provided.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and business users

What We Expect:

• Experience in IT Service Management or similar background
• Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
• Strong IT process management understanding
• ITIL certification will be considered an advantage
• Proven experience of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts & ensuring follow through
  
• Initiative and high-level of responsibility
• Vendor management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Higher education in IT or technology
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
