WE OFFER:
The position of CEO for a term of 5 years;
A gross monthly salary of €10,000, or more depending on value proposition;
Up to 4 monthly base salaries annual bonus depending on the company's results;

WE CONSIDER AS ADVANTAGE:
Experience in initiating, promoting, and managing organizational changes;
Experience of working in energy or large infrastructure companies;
Experience in assessment and financing of investment projects. Experience on managing P&L;
Experience in working in international company or a group of companies;
Knowledge of Corporate Governance Guidance, principles and best practices of corporate governance application.

KN is an international energy terminal operator. Currently KN operates three liquid energy product terminals in Klaipėda, Subačius and Marijampolė, and is the operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals in Lithuania and Brazil. The company also provides commercial operation services for two out of three floating LNG terminals in Germany. Up to date, the company has contributed to more than ten different LNG projects around the world.
