Position Overview:

Finance Director  will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the company, reporting directly to the Group CFO who is also a members of the Board. The Finance Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's financial activities, providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the companys financial commitments are met.

Developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the companys business to support growth objectives.

This role requires a dynamic leader with strong financial acumen, extensive senior loan experience, and an understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential financing opportunities, including debt, senior loan and hybrid instruments, to optimize capital structure and support strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions abroad, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate fundraising efforts.
• Work closely with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to ensure optimal deal structures and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful transaction outcomes.
• Prepare and present investment materials, including investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models, to support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to finance team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• Experience with Senior Loan working with foreign banking sector
• Minimum of  5 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in fundraising and financial management, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Extensive experience in raising mezzanine financing and structuring complex financial transactions, with a strong understanding of capital markets and financing instruments.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess risk-return profiles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
