- Co-ordinate on-going improvement of business requirements to be applied within development and deployment of system support solutions
- Identify actionable solutions and improvement opportunities for productivity and effectiveness of monitoring & screening solutions in Anti Financial Crime
- Take initiative in offering assistance and communicating your field expertise to colleagues with both technical and non-technical background, and be able to work across the business with various subject matter experts
- Provide a data driven perspective for improvement of system support solutions for sanction screening
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (Economics, Law or Technology)
- Understanding and experience working with Financial Sanctions
- Experience working within Banking or Finance
- Ability to work with large amount of information, and see holistic view and prioritise accordingly
- Experience in defining business requirements and supporting implementation of development projects from initiation to completion
- Analytical, structured, and thorough, able to pay attention to details
- Data search and management (including database querying/SQL)
- Experience of analysing functionality of IT solutions with focus on impact to related business processes
- Experience with system development lifecycle
