We promise challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

Support top management and business with high quality analysis, reporting and insights.
Prepare management reports for top management and shareholders on ad-hoc or scheduled basis.
Managing and controlling finance and accounting operations for BAA Training companies.
Manage budgeting process for BAA Training companies and prepare consolidated budget as well as stand-alone budgets for each company.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing process.
Involvement in Shareholders strategic projects.
Analyze and communicate financial results (monitor variances vs budget/forecast, analyze underlying performance), highlight key focus areas.
Development of financial reporting tools.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

We dream about a team member who:

Has more than three years of experience in a financial control or analysis role.
Holds a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel.
Can work independently, is self-motivated and takes ownership.
Possesses a passion for data, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
Communicates effectively in English.
Is flexible with good time management skills.
Maintains a respectful and positive attitude.
Has an interest in continuous learning and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life.
Knowledge and experience of working with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, is a plus.
Big 4 experience is a plus.
