What we expect from you

Higher education or equivalent in information technology management (preferred) or similar
Experience in public procurement is an advantage
Experience in document preparation, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Analytical thinking, good time management skills, results orientation
Fluent English (at least B2 level) -advantage

What you will do

Analyze qualification requirements (experience and competencies) for specialists chosen in public procurement projects
Form specialist teams in line with competition criteria
Gather, prepare, update, and coordinate information and documents regarding specialists' qualifications and experience with colleagues from various departments
Manage and update the certificate database
Identify the demand for new specialists
