Cognizant is one of the fastest growing outsourcing companies in the world with massive plans for Europe in coming years. We are looking for Process Excellence Expert to join Process Excellence team on our journey to discover improvements and drive transformation.

As a Process Excellence Expert you will be accountable for transformation agenda for one or couple of Clients and will work closely together with a group of Process Excellence leaders and developers.

You can expect to:

• Transform end-to-end processes across insurance, banking, F&A areas

• To have Business Impact Targets responsibility for the assigned area: transformation agenda for one or couple of Clients

• Extensively use and apply knowledge about Automation (IPA), Analytics and other digital solutions and its applicability in real world use cases

• Lead deployment of new tools, technologies, and initiatives in the assigned area of responsibility

• Be responsible for execution of end-to-end process improvement and automation projects from identification to realization of gains

• Analyze current situation identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures to re-engineer processes

• Work closely with Operation and other support and enabling functions and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost, Customer Value and meet contractual commitments

• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers (both at onsite and off-shore) to understand their pain areas - working to apply their insights to challenge and modify current approaches/ways of doing things

• Work closely with Operation teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks (FMEA), extend support in managing client escalations (RCA/CAPA)

• Own transformation roadmap for the assigned area of responsibility: prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (IPA), Business Requirement Documents, Project execution pipelines

• Be responsible for Capacity Planning and Utilization, including time and motion study

• Actively contribute to change implementation initiatives on the floor

• Assist in existing client or potential new clients meetings and business pursuits engagements

• Build a continuous improvement culture, enable transformation change through leading by example, training, facilitation & mentorship

We expect You to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in driving business transformation agenda, automation agenda, process excellence or operational excellence agenda roles

• Have a proven track record leading end to end process improvement and/or automation projects

• Have a strong understanding of project execution methodology and the associated templates, roles, responsibilities

• Have an understanding of IPA methodology and the associated templates and roles and responsibilities

• Have an experience in process mapping: BPMN, VSM, CJM, Blueprint

• Have a training, mentorship, and Workshop facilitation experience

• Have advanced skills in English

• Have excellent analytical skills: review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach)

• Be a self-starter, capable to work in unstructured scope, with multiple projects, stakeholders and constantly changing agenda

• Have an ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

• Have a get-things-done profile, eagerness to learn, and always finding a way around obstacles

• Have an excellent presentation & communication skill

• Like to work with people, navigate a network of many stakeholders and facilitate a common direction to deliver change
