Are you our new Operations Data Manager?

Today we are looking for a responsible and independent Operations Data Manager who will play a crucial role for overseeing the reporting and visualization functions within our debt collection department.

Are you our new Operations Data Manager?

What will you do:

Strategic Reporting and Analysis:

Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for debt collection operations
Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track debt recovery progress
Analyze data trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
Link data with operational excellence
Focus on having/building a clear plan with an ongoing execution momentum

Data Visualization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex debt-related data into clear and actionable visualizations
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Present insights to senior management and stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of reporting analysts, data scientists, and visualization specialists
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy and integrity
Implement best practices for data governance and security

Collaboration:

Work closely with debt collection managers, IT teams, Markets and business stakeholders
Align reporting and visualization efforts with organizational goals
Participate in cross-functional projects related to debt recovery strategies

Innovation and Technology:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Explore innovative ways to leverage data for debt collection optimization
Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms for reporting and visualization
Actively drive improvement through insights

What were looking for:

Leadership experience including driving a team of high performers
Knowledge and ability to apply different processes and change management concepts (agile methodology, continuous improvement / six sigma and similar)
Project management experience
Proven experience in reporting, data visualization and debt collection analytics
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting platforms
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience from interpreting complex data sets
Experience in automating large data set analytics would be considered as competitive advantage
