You will become part of the Markets Analytics Platform (MAP) Tribe, which has the key mission of empowering businesses with pricing, risk management, and access to trading information by providing high-quality analytics and data services. 

The MAP Tribe is part of the Markets Cluster, whose long-term ambition is to create a modular, integrated data and analytics platform front-to-back that enables Danske Bank to be fully aligned on transactions with customers, vendors, and business partners.

The tribe composition is 11 squads designed to align with the payment value chain. This includes approximately 90 motivated employees working across several locations (Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsinki, Vilnius, London, and Bangalore).

We create high-performance and trusted solutions that reflect the critical nature of our deliveries and the intensive utilization of our framework. Our aim is to future-proof the infrastructure of primarily LC&I by building one platform of one truth data hubs and one global analytics engine. 

Align the squads and engage the stakeholders.

As our tribe leader, you will be a key part of directing an autonomous unit within the bank and aligning with the tribes strategic mission, focusing on the future infrastructure setup for markets and the capabilities needed to deliver on it.

You will:

  • Align on Tribes mission with senior leadership and other Tribe Leads especially across the Markets cluster
  • Break down the Tribe mission into Squad missions together with Product Owners to steer prioritization
  • Effectively communicate, participate in dialogue, and establish close collaboration with senior stakeholders in a large and complex corporate environment across a diverse range of business units and functional areas
  • Promote a culture of transparency, autonomy, and empowerment within the Tribe
  • support Product Owners in setting Squad missions to support the Tribe mission and follow up on their output to ensure correct direction

About you:

  • You possess strong knowledge within the Markets domain and have proven experience shouldering ownership of business outcomes and setting direction to ensure the team achieves strategic goals
  • You possess a willingness to take calculated risks to improve the speed of development
  • You bring extensive experience consulting, coordinating, prioritizing, and resolving issues with business and senior leadership
  • You are able to articulate and bridge advanced principles while translating data analytics, as well as domain specific knowledge, into business value and use cases that enable optimal risk management and capital allocation
  • You have advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
