Our Requirements:

Experience in the tourism industry.
Knowledge of geography and popular tourist destinations.
Proficient in using the MerlinX and Blue Vendo reservation systems (preferred).
Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure.
Interpersonal skills and commitment to achieving tasks and goals.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and efficiently organize ones own work.

Working Conditions:

Accommodation and meals will be provided
fix salary 800 Euro (nett) + commission

You will be responsible for:

Tasks of the representative:

Provide assistance and customer service to guests represented by Danaos at hotels
Organize information meetings at the hotels and make excursions and activity presentations
Provide informations about the destination
Effect excursions and car rental sales
Handling customers complaints
Inform clients about departure transfer procedure
Liaison with reservation and operation department

Tasks of the excursion accompaniment:

Guiding/accompaniment excursions and provide an information about the destination
Liaison with excursion department

Tasks of the airport representative:

Prepare welcome letters
Meet & greet assistance upon arrival & departure
Liaison with transfer department
