I am Tadas Žibūda, TSO team leader. Today we are hiring a support specialist in our team with a potential for growth. We need a person with a balance of technical, analytical and interpersonal skills.

In brief, your mission would be to support the team of more experienced TSOs in owning technical IT services. You will handle routine and ad-hoc tasks, such as: data extraction, reporting, CMDB data upload and corrections, improvement of excel files, documentation of tasks and procedures, writing templates and other. You will also participate in improvement initiatives and have an obligation to learn about IT services and operations.

You may also get several IT services to act as their junior technical owner with the prospect to be promoted to a regular TSO position within 2 years.

Position is available in Kaunas or Vilnius offices.

Role description:

1. Support the team.

All IT Services have a technical owner. Your task is to support the TSO team, to take a share of workload in managing services of different complexity. Through this cooperation you will learn and grow.

2. Perform routine tasks

There is a set of monthly ceremonies and ad-hoc operational tasks, which ensure smooth running of ITSM processes and management. You will be expected to complete these tasks in time and with quality.

3. Manage and exploit existing ITSM tools

You will be given basic training about some tools used in ITSM (i.e. JiraSD, Kibana, Insight, SDaM, specialized excel files, CMDB or others). Depending on your skills, you will be expected first to become power user of these tools and with time, to contribute significantly to their improvement or problem solving.

4. Own simple IT services

As a Support TSO, you will also have your own services, but they will be relatively simple, requiring less experience to handle.

5. Learn Take all you can from other team members and other people around you. Become in-depth savant of IT services, Telia processes and tools. Learn to refine useful insights in slides and graphs. Ultimately your goal is to achieve the position of TSO and Senior TSO.

Is this you?

Your capacity to learn, your interest in IT services and strive for continual improvement are required personal traits. Your excel knowledge and ability to deep dive into rather technical tasks would also be beneficial. Finally, since in the future career as TSO you will be expected to engage in communication with other teams, handle group discussions, resolve conflicts, therefore people skills are also needed for support TSO.

· Smooth communicator

· Good MS Excel skills

Your Experience:

· Work in IT services general area would be a benefit

· Ability to collect, manipulate and present data in a meaningful way

· Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
