My name is Inga Vaškevičė, and I am the Product Manager for Telia WEB products – Public Web and E-commerce. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional digital products.

As a Product Owner, you will own and drive the product roadmap for mobility transformation in our e-shop. Your responsibilities include identifying business needs, defining scope, prioritizing features, and providing technical support to teams and stakeholders. You will orchestrate significant technical changes, align priorities, and manage delivery timelines across multiple teams. Collaboration with development, UX, marketing, sales, and customer service teams is crucial for product success.

To excel in this role, you must effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, define and analyze key product metrics, manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product releases while balancing trade-offs between features, time, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cooperation
• Present ideas and solutions to team members and stakeholders with strong communication skills
• Communicate and advocate the product vision to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare business requirements and translate them into technical stories and user stories
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to prioritize technical and feature development for each product release and align priorities across multiple teams
• Analyze and report on the impact of feature launches on organizational goals and KPIs

Successful candidates should have:

• 3+ years of IT Business Development or Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, business processes, and technology components
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
• Understanding of online consumer and e-commerce trends
• Facilitation skills to communicate between business owners, technology owners, and supporting teams
• Proactive and results-oriented thinking
• Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Proven experience with digital transformation projects involving various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude during challenging times
• Technical knowledge related to web development and e-commerce platforms

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3687 Eur (gross) to 5000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
