We are looking for documentation enthusiast to oversee and take care of our Sales administration processes and ensure that they are aligned with regulations. Our perfect candidate would be a person with administrational experience, good communicator and at least a little bit passionate for aviation.

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

Documentation: collecting and uploading accurate documents according to requirements and up-to-date records related to training operations and storage.
Contract preparation according to the companys standard forms, agreeing on contract conditions with the clients.
Communication: to communicate with clients regarding documentation and to assure that the processes are followed according to the schedule.
To manage sales administrational work, to take care that all regulations are followed up according to strict requirements in aviation.
Sales data analysis and reporting.
Working according to approved company processes
Working with companys IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth administration process.
Participating in weekly meetings based on Lean principles
Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the companys strategic goals
Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

Sales experience would be an advantage
Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment and computer literacy

Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise
Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level
Is flexible with good time management skills
