Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Dexcom, you will be responsible for maintaining accounts payable records, receiving and processing invoices. The role will cover all aspects of Accounts Payable and Payment process and will have 18 month fixed term contract with possibility to extend (maternity cover).
About the Role:
- Maintaining Vendor Master data: checking vendor data and validity with Compliance and Legal; registering / updating vendor data to accounting system, approving PO vendors;
- Maintaining accounts payable records: receiving and processing invoices with/without PO; processing AR refunds, applying VAT tax codes according to tax laws;
- Initiating automatic and manual payment runs in the Accounts Payable ERP system;
- Performing month-end and weekly tasks;
- Active communication with outside customers and stakeholders;
- Participation in Accounts Payable testing activities;
- Participation in issue resolution and process improvement initiatives;
- Close collaboration with Procurement team regarding POs;
- Following established procedures on other routine work;
- Updating process notes.
About You:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in similar role or GBS.
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge in accounting software (Oracle or another ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
- Keen attention to detail, ability to quickly learn systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient verbal / written communication in English.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, organized and able to work within a team and independently.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and work in a fast paced/growing company.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,997.50 to €2,350.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
