Are you fluent in German (residing in LITHUANIA with native or fluent GERMAN) and passionate about sales? Do you thrive in an online environment, connecting with customers and guiding them through their journey with DESKTRONIC? If so, we want you to join our team at Desktronic as our new Customer Support Specialist. Ultimately, you will help to establish our reputation as the company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. Sounds interesting? Here is more:

  • Turn as many phone/online enquiries (leads) into happy customers as you can.
  • Identify potential customer needs, provide expert advice, guide them in choosing the best product solution and help making buying decision.
  • Manage post-order communication until successful delivery.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with our customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Customer Support team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Cooperate with Warehouses to ensure smooth process of delivery (non-departure/ non-arrival/ undelivered or damaged goods).
  • Utilize business and product knowledge to identify opportunities to refer to Sales teams, to meet additional Client needs and increase revenue.
  • Support in collecting required documents from clients by proactively reaching out to clients, following a reminder process and support clients on ad-hoc questions relating to process.
  • Deliver, high quality, consistent interactions adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Help us to raise the bar of customer support to the next level.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native or fluent German language skills (at least C1 level).
  • Very good spoken and written English or Lithuanian (at least B level).
  • Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Empathy, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset able to investigate and get to the root of a problem.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience of working within a client facing role (sales/customer support/service). If You don't have one, we'll still consider your candidacy.
  • Experience in using eDesk advantage.
