Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations and Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive sales strategy by enabling and enhancing the productivity of the sales team through sales enablement tools and data management process.
About the Role:
- Responsible for the design and execution of Sales Enablement tools (i.e. CRM, mobile tools) to meet the needs of sales organization across EMEA.
- Responsible for all sales enablement tools and technology improvements, design and future configuration.
- Lead project management e.g. continuous improvement, establishing a new sales tools, geographic expansion. Ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Develop a playbook of our sales process, providing user training and support to ensure efficient utilization of our CRM capabilities based on sales process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document sales processes.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities within the CRM system. Implement best practices for data quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of CRM functionality, configuration, and customization.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful CRM implementations and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Pharma, Medical Device (Diabetes area) and Consulting is considered as an advantage.
- CRM administrator certification would be an advantage.
- Experience with Veeva, Salesforce.com, OCE and other CRM systems.
