NOMINE CONSULT is an international independent consultancy firm owned by private equity, with a presence in Estonia and Lithuania. We specialize in delivering top-tier energy and environmental consultancy services, construction project management, EU ETS GHG emission and activity level report verification, and environmental and sustainability (carbon footprint, decarbonization, etc.) advisory. Our dedicated team of over 20 consultants includes experts in thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineering.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Energy Consultancy Group.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of the Energy Consultancy Group to join our expanding team. This role involves leading our energy consultancy services, driving innovative solutions, and managing a team. The position requires an engineering expert who is proactive in their approach and possesses the leadership skills to drive the unit's development with ownership and the freedom to consult and act.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the Energy Consultancy Group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and enhance our energy consultancy offerings.
Manage and execute energy projects, including feasibility studies, technical solutions, and energy audits.
Contribute to EU ETS GHG emission and activity level report verification, and related projects.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored consultancy solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to support integrated service delivery.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach, ownership mindset, and expertise in driving projects to successful completion.
Proven experience in the energy sector.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Analytical thinking, initiative, and result orientation.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Higher education in energy/environmental fields.
Excellent knowledge of English.

Salary:

The salary range is from 3500 EUR to 4900 EUR (gross). The final offer will be determined by the candidate's experience and competence. Variable remuneration may be paid based on results.
