Job description
- Monitoring, forecasting, and timely reporting of financial indicators and other information requirements.
- Monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures, analyzing variances, and providing explanations for deviations for projects performance.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement financial software and tools to streamline financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
- Effectively communicating financial information and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. Presenting financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaboration with and oversight of outsourcing firms (accounting, tax compliance, reporting).
Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Good understanding of the business overall.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and proactive approach.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Work experience in a similar setting (real estate, private equity investment).
- Experience in auditing.
