looking for potential business partners - real estate developers and businesses who need financing for a real estate and business project
communicating with potential partners/clients
developing and growing the sales
managing the onboarding process of projects to be funded, from documentation to funding disbursement
promoting and cultivating new business and partnership opportunities
generating and implementing new sales strategies
cooperating with other team members and solving diverse tasks to achieve the overall business results

Darbo pobūdis

- you have previous experience in finance with business clients (required) or real estate

- work experience in a crowdfunding platform or similar FinTech company would be considered an advantage

- good ability to read, understand, and make the assessment of the company's financial statements would be considered an advantage

- you are a responsible and loyal person, attentive to details

- you are ambitious to reach KPIs and drive the business forward

- you are a team player who can also plan and perform the necessary tasks on your own
