Are you excited about managing risk in a highly innovative organization? Do you want to be a part of a highly motivated and well-functioning team? Then you might be our new Senior Risk Manager for Business Risk & Controls.
You will become a part of Business Risk & Controls (BRC) in T&S (Technology & Services), which supports all of T&S on the risk agenda. BRC contains five teams, and you will join the Risk Managers team, which has 15 team members.
You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, but working from home up to two days a week is an option.
You will:
- Together with BRC, facilitate the identification of non-financial risks and related controls across T&S
- Have an understanding and/or experience of remediation and debt management
- Ensure timely escalation of operational risk losses, lead root cause analysis, and issue reporting
- Participate in or lead the implementation of risk management initiatives
- Ensure risk management policies are adhered to, facilitate related reviews, and identify gaps with policy owners
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Promote a culture of natural focus on risk management
About you:
- Experienced in risk management and the application of associated tools and techniques
- Experience with third-party risk management would be a bonus
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to tailor communication messages and styles to suit multiple stakeholder groups across all levels of seniority
- Knowledge of technology and operations functions within the financial services universe
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business partners
- Ability and willingness to acquire new business knowledge and skills
- Demonstrable ability to support and ensure an effective (Operational) risk framework
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
