Excellent opportunity to join Welcoming and Orchestration Services and have an integral part in the customers journey.

We are seeking a candidate with KYC experience and high customer service skills to join our onboarding team in the multinational Welcoming and Orchestration Services Department. As an AML specialist advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering expert service to our business customers onboarding at the bank.

If you are motivated, customer-centric, and have good attention to detail and care in an operational environment, you will be a valuable addition to our team of 15 enthusiastic colleagues.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Perform CDD for our business customers based on KYC and AML requirements
  • Perform phone customer interviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple market areas
  • Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles

About you:

  • Previous experience in the financial sector and/or back office
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
  • Ability to learn quickly, work in a quick-changing environment, and efficiently react to changes
  • Team player with an open mind and can-do attitude
  • Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
  • Higher education

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
