We, the Lean and Operational Excellence team (part of Enterprise Process Management department), are looking for a process improvement and operational excellence professional to join our team.

You would be working alongside like-minded people to assist operations managers of all seniority levels to improve how they run their teams processes. Our Process Partners work within operations units and Agile tribes to provide expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, work standardization and performance management.

Your work location will be in the Vilnius office.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Apply different problem-solving methods and associated tools to assist leaders grasp the causes of operational problems
  • Help leaders redesign their operations processes to remove waste and improve quality and efficiency
  • Deliver training to enhance leaders operational management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Create and/or tailor improvement programs to account for the different leaders levels of maturity and type of work
  • Scope and run a variety of improvement projects
  • Motivate leaders and employees to engage in Lean thinking and adopt a problem-solving mind-set
  • Contribute to defining Danske Banks Operational Excellence best practices

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations or production management or process improvement consulting
  • Experience/knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques – Kaizen, VSM, TWI Job instruction, Six Sigma
  • Experience delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching services
  • Higher education degree would be a beneficial asset
  • Proven skill of eliminating waste from processes
  • Solid problem-solving thinking
  • Proven experience in creating lasting change in an area/department
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
