Our Finance Tribes mission is to ensure Danske Bank delivers on its financial potential, benefiting customers, colleagues, society, and investors by building a solid bank financially. We make sure this is achieved by efficiently steering Danske Banks finances.
We have a variety of initiatives, delivering on our goals to provide fast and accurate financial information to investors, regulators, and internal decision-makers, as well as optimizing the management of financial resources. Our team is cross-functional: we work closely with BI engineers, cloud engineers, IT systems analysts, and business analysts to deliver modern solutions using latest technologies while processing an immense amount of data stored on the internal Danske Bank cloud.

You will:
- Lead the Finance Operational Skills Squad in terms of priorities and backlog
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint refinement and sprint planning, preparing the squad for demo sessions
- Ensure that the operationally relevant skills agenda is standardized and adopted across the finance tribe
- Create an encouraging and collaborative environment through inclusive and empowering leadership
- Be the guide for ITSM best practices, scaling them across functional areas
About you:
- Good interpersonal skills to keep your squad motivated and your stakeholders well informed
- You come with solid leadership skills. You have ideally been a leader for some years, with an engineering background
- A natural interest in identifying, changing, and improving areas for enhancement, both within and outside the Tribe
- Familiar with JIRA, ServiceNow, ITSM, SQL Server Management studio, Powershell, Python,.Net/CC# or similar languages
- Experience working in agile setups would be advantageous
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
