Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that employees are reimbursed for expenses incurred while performing their job assignments on behalf of the company. By verifying and validating expense reports, our team ensures that the companys expense policy is followed and that employees are reimbursed in a timely and accurate manner. This enables company to success as we insure a positive relationship between the company and its employees. We are small team only of 8 people (incl. team lead) located in Vilnius.

Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.

You will:

Handle expense claims from employees
Communicate and guide our colleagues via e-mail, chat or call
Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
Maintain and improve quality in service delivery
Have a possibility to support SAP Concur implementation project, participate in new initiatives
Collect and act on feedback or suggestions for improvement

About you:

You are someone with great communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, detail orientated and eager to learn
Upper-Intermediate English skills, both in speaking and writing
Higher education or being a student with the ability to work full time

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
