What we expect from you

Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a .NET Developer
Proficiency in .NET 8 framework and related technologies
Experience with Openshift on-premises cloud, AMQ streams, and PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with React is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (at least B2 level)

What you will do

Develop, maintain, and update information systems (Applications) using .NET technologies
Create prototypes of user interfaces (Proof of Concept) to demonstrate functionality and design concepts
Write code following best practices, with a focus on optimization and performance
Propose technical solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency
Design and enhance graphical user interfaces to ensure a positive user experience
Assist in the preparation and updating of technical tasks and documentation in both Lithuanian and English languages
Work collaboratively within a team environment, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and delivery
