Job description

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team, supporting global ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) operations and risk execution, while driving company goals and meeting regulatory requirements. This exciting opportunity allows you to enhance your skills in addressing growing stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate boasts strong analytics abilities, accounting / finance experience and exceptional communication skills. You will navigate the organization, engage with external experts, and support key metrics implementation and reporting. Your collaborative nature and proficiency in database tools and Microsoft Office products will be essential in this role.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting and oversight:

Support property and facility management with ESG oversight, emission reporting, energy initiatives and related CapEx and OpEx planning, lease term alignment to ESG strategy and goals, utility reporting and any required trend analysis.
Manage internal data reporting processes and ensure data quality.
Support shareholder reporting requirements.

Vendor/Procurement:

ESG DDQ inbox - Review DDQ responses to ESG questions. If no issues, can resolve. If not, escalate.
Vendor engagement & data monitoring, especially around Scope 3.

CSRD & TCFD:

Manage adoption on CSRD implementation across business functions.
Operate and embed Double Materiality Assessment (DMA).
Assist in reviewing and update TCFD report and metrics on a quarterly and annual basis.
Assist in updating policies and procedures to cover all narrative and semi-narrative data points in CSRD/ESRS.

Help develop and reinforce internal ESG strategies through effective communication.

What we are looking for

YOUR PROFILE

Accounting and / or finance experience to support data gathering and disclosure reporting.
Compliance and / or risk management experience to create and adopt effective risk control processes.
Strong analytic skills working with varied data across business groups.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills for organization-wide interaction.
Collaborative Team player committed to achieving business and company goals.
Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Fluent English language both verbal and written skills.
