What we expect from you

At least 3 years of business analysis work experience in any of the following business domains: banking, finance services and insurance, telecommunication, logistics and supply chain management, e-commerce
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate (written, verbal, visualizations) appropriately at all levels of the organization
Good knowledge of software development life cycle practices
Good knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
Accuracy and attention to details
Proactiveness and willingness to do an extra mile
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Certification in business analysis would be an advantage

What you will do

Work with the client to understand his strategic goals and business needs and ensure that baseline business processes are defined, target processes and requirements are specified at required level of abstraction
Work closely with the team of architects to identify areas for improvement, analyze alternatives and find the best solution
Specify and visualize requirements and business processes (UML, BPMN diagrams)
Manage clients expectations on the project outcome
Help business to introduce the change in their organization
