Are you a motivated and experienced Agile Coach with the courage and drive to improve our agile ways of working?
Then you have the possibility to join our Better Ways of Working Center of Excellence (BWoW CoE) which supports the agile transformation across the development organization at Danske Bank: Driving systemic agile change initiatives across the BWoW to enhance coherency and collaboration through a scaled approach. Support BWoW by delivering quality operational agile coaching with the aim of improving agility and self-organization in the squads. Support BWoW with expert knowledge to strengthen cross squad and tribe planning and collaboration through implementing agile best practises and processes on big room planning, Scrum of Scrum, design sprint, values stream and customer journey mapping etc.
Implementing a significant focus on flow & outcome by support with expert knowledge to implement the best practices on OKRs, Flow, Benefit Realization, Obeya whilst aligning to BWoW standards.

You will:
- Be situated in Vilnius and become part of a dynamic chapter of around 25+ highly skilled agile coaches across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. As an Agile Coach in the Agile Deployment
- Be placed within a specific business area together with other Agile Coaches, where these smaller units collaborate closely to execute on the identified change activities
- Are an important part of coaching and training our BWoW organization on how to create value for our customers through an agile mindset and ways of working
- Be able to exercise and build your agile coaching expertise at different levels
About you:
- Your responsibilities encompass a range of key activities designed to drive organizational agility and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to make Danske Bank an even better bank for our customers
- Enable Tribes to work together by providing a clear concept and structure to build coordination and collaboration
- Establishing & Maturing Squads/Tribes by providing Tribes with agile standards support to build capabilities and ensure Danske Bank agile WOW is followed
- Enable Tribes to collaborate through facilitation and teaching
- Cultivate an Agile mindset within individuals and teams, emphasizing values, principles, and a holistic understanding of Agile practices
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks through critical analysis, ensuring that our stakeholders are equipped to handle potential challenges and disruptions effectively
- Facilitate sessions using visual thinking techniques to enhance creativity and collaboration within Agile teams, promoting a visual language for better
- Key personality traits: experimental, curious, open to different cultures, flexible, empathetic, action- and quality-oriented, and a great personality
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4720 EUR to 7080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
