We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our agile team and help us keep our products at the highest level of quality with as little repetitive manual testing as possible, leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Playwright to build and maintain comprehensive automated test suits.

Nasdaq powers numerous leading Financial Markets around the world. With every iteration of our high-end trading, clearing and trade surveillance solutions we make sure it is of superb quality. Therefore, we have a long backlog of technical solutions to implement and make sure they stand to the highest expectations of modern Financial and IT market.

For this role we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who values transparency, has high quality standards and is no stranger to Automation.

What will you be doing?

Learn to use the products we develop and become a domain area expert.
Create, execute, and maintain tests according to test scripts and test plans.
Be able to test both front-end and back-end software components, applying industry best practices.
Review system requirements and business processes: code, test, and debug software solutions.
Report issues found back to development and/or project management teams and/or implementation teams.
Develop and maintain automated tests in collaboration with other QA Engineers.
May also specialize in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Process Improvement.

Who are we looking for?

Computer science, Information systems, or IT-related background.
Hands-on experience in software testing and writing automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Postman, Playwright or similar.
Experience with tools (JIRA, any test case management tool like qTest, TestRail, Test Link).
Knowledge and skills to work in an Agile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Great interpersonal skills.

Monthly base salary offered is 2800 - 3300 EUR gross (pre-taxes), depending on your experience
