Job description
- Ensure the protection of the company's interests and the legality of decisions in the fields of commercial law, contract law, labor law, data protection and other legal acts applicable to the company.
- Serve as Data Protection officer and be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding the privacy and security of our organization's data assets.
- Provide support to company employees in various issues related to general legal practice.
- Create and review various types of legal documents (contracts, agreements, regulations, etc.).
- Represent the company in state, local government and other institutions.
- Cooperate with colleagues in Latvia and the Baltics in searching for the best solutions and exchanging knowledge.
Requirements
- Higher education in legal sciences.
- 3 years of experience as a lawyer, with expertise in data protection and related areas.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of internal documents and legal records.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive approach, analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
- Very good Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and verbal.
