YOUR TASKS:

• Analyze and evaluate the impact of companys activities on the environment, society and corporate governance (ESG);
• Develop strategies to achieve sustainability goals and ensure their implementation;
• Develop and manage project plans for ESG initiatives across FL Technics Group;
• Ensure projects comply with relevant ESG regulations and standards;
• Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare and present projects status reports, including progress on ESG metrics and outcomes;
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with ESG reporting standards;
• Analyze and improve business processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Passion for sustainability and social responsibility along with teamwork and great organizational skills;  
• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Marketing and Communication or a related field;
• Experience in project management, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, or CSR domains;
• Understanding of ESG principles, regulations, reporting standards;
• Fluent English and ability to collect and analyze complex data sets;
• ESG-related certifications (e.g., LEED, GRI Certification, SASB Certification) (is a plus);
