Job description
- New software product development for material handling machinery;
- Existing code base improvements and bug fixing;
- Software product testing in emulation environment and with real equipment;
- Technical task analysis, verification and propose corrections for a better result;
- Develop unit test cases for automated and manual regression testing;
- Develop documentation, user guides, application guide enabling other engineers to use your product;
- Support for project/maintenance/service engineers.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in computer science field or automation engineering or development experience;
- Experience in software development with Structured Text Language (as defined in IEC61131-3 standard) or other high level programming language such as C, C++, C#, etc.
- Good grasp of software engineering principles, software testing and debugging;
- Good English spoken and written language skills;
- Good word processing and spreadsheet skills;
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
