JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a DevOps Engineer at FL Technics, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our development and operations teams, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. You will play a vital role in automating and optimizing our development, testing, and deployment pipelines. YOUR TASKS:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate and streamline our deployment and release processes to accelerate software delivery.
• Manage and maintain on premise and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our infrastructure and applications.
• Work closely with development teams to promote code quality, code reviews, and deployment best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in YAML scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
