Aviation Safety and Flight Operations Specialist

We are searching for Aviation Safety and Flight Operations Specialist with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
As Aviation Safety and Flight Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance of Group aviation related subsidiaries.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing non-compliances, safety reports, investigations, or any formal documents received from subsidiaries, aviation regulators and/or other authorities that may have a material effect on the operational safety of the Group;
- Analyzing aviation safety and compliance data from Group subsidiaries and preparing monthly statistical reports;
- Flight Data analysis and trend monitoring to improve operational efficiency and safety;
- Consolidating and monitoring Group hazards, risks, incidents, and accidents registry;
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational and safety procedures and standards across Group subsidiaries;
- Administrating the standardization process of Group operation manuals;
- Assisting in departments oversight effectiveness across the Group;
- Working with various flight operations and aviation safety software and their integration across Group subsidiaries;
- Collaborating with Group subsidiaries to ensure efficient and safe flight operations;
- Contributing to operational risk assessments and implementation of mitigation strategies;
- Promoting Safety Culture within the Group through various training and awareness programs;
- Assisting in administrating day-to day tasks within the department.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelors degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred;
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the aviation industry is highly desirable, e.g. Crew-dispatcher, Flight dispatcher, Assistant to nominated persons;
- Knowledge of aviation regulation and industry standards;
- Possession of an ATPL, CPL, or PPL will be considered as advantage;
- Proficiency in flight operations software and tools would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
