You will be trusted to:
- Execute company development plans and achieve profitability targets
- Oversee all operational business functions to ensure business continuity
- Effectively manage the existing store network and expand it with financially viable new stores
- Manage personnel to drive sales volume and profitability growth
- Increase sales volume by using existing potential and introducing new business opportunities
- Ensure high quality of customer service and implement initiatives for overall business efficiency improvement
- Identify potential risks and threats, and develop mitigation plans
- Regularly update company's strategic development plan in line with market trends
We are expecting from you:
- At least 3 years of successful experience in similar position
- Hands-on, proactive approach with an understanding of growth drivers in retail
- Strong background in sales or sales management
- Ability to plan and organize the execution of multiple tasks
- Strategic thinking with ability to see details
- Higher education in business management or a related field
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages; Russian is preferred

- Fixed gross salary ranging from 4500 to 5500 EUR (depending on experience and skills)
