A proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to join our dynamic Digital Products team. • Support Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Digital Products team, ensuring smooth execution of processes and projects.
• Analyze Data: Utilize data to drive decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Integrate Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align operational strategies with marketing goals. Ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.
• Manage Projects: Assist in managing project timelines, resources, documentation, and budgets. 

We expect you to

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an operations or marketing role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused company.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL).
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital product management tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500-2300 EUR/month.
