- Your drive stems from aiding end customers directly.
- You autonomously tackle technical issues, assisting the support team in finding solutions.
- You detect, analyze, and resolve problem tickets.
- You're pivotal in analyzing and resolving incidents spanning hardware, software, applications, and network glitches.
- Your dedication ensures seamless operations, directly impacting both the organization and its esteemed clientele.
- You are proactive and help prevent future use to speed up resolution times.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Experience with networks or network applications.
- Knowledge in at least two of the following technologies: Cisco, FortiGate, Juniper, VMware, Hirschmann, Zabbix, Linux, Windows, SSL VPN (FortiNet)
- Problem solving mentality and sense of initiative.
- Conceptual understanding and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, structured, and customer-centric.
- ITIL awareness or experience is a plus
