Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

• To be fully in charge of station warehouse.
• Perform receiving, inspection and binning of daily material/parts deliveries to the warehouse.
• Ensure that parts/materials are properly stored, segregated, labeled and compliant with the current Shelf Life Programs and hazardous materials storage guidelines.
• Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse and other storage areas; Prepare proper shipping documentation for domestic and international carriers.
• Ensure that all parts and materials have the appropriate paperwork in accordance with the company procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement/engineers on duty regarding necessary parts/materials to be prepared for daily maintenance works.
• Perform annual inventory checks of dedicated warehouses.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (worldwide).
• B category driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow strict deadlines.
• Attention to details.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Work experience in aviation or logistics (airfreight) organization would be considered an advantage.
