Our UNLOCK Tests team is expanding and entering the Polish market! We invite an experienced and motivated Regional B2B Sales Manager to join us, who will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy from the ground up.
We offer our clients advanced IT tools for Human Resources management on one platform: employee engagement and 360 feedback surveys, personality, cognitive abilities, and leadership tests, as well as performance appraisal tool. Responsibilities:
- Creating sales strategy for Poland market.
- Active B2B sales and acquisition of new clients through various channels: LinkedIn, calls, e-mails, online meetings, etc.
- Identifying client needs and presenting the best offer (our clients are HR (Human Resources) specialists and managers).
- Conducting negotiations and preparing commercial proposals.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy, analysing the competitive market, and creating and managing a client database.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in online, HR, IT, or similar products.
- Strong results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and disciplinary skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work individually while communicating with the team remotely.
- Potential to become a Head of Sales and build the UNLOCK Tests sales team in Poland.
- Native Polish and fluent English languages.

Salary and Benefits:
Base monthly salary of 2000 EUR 2900 EUR (before-tax) plus monthly sales bonuses after the probationary period.
The average monthly salary with bonuses ranges from 4500 EUR to 5500 EUR (before-tax), with no cap, depending on your skills and performance.
