Job description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the new manufacturing branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth transition and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure cost-effective execution and timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Manage the transfer of operations from Ireland, including logistics, equipment relocation, and staff integration.
- Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and meet the companys quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Significant experience in developing and building new capacity.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and operational management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in change management.
