Job description
- Manage the Finance Department.
- Participate in developing the company's business strategy and strategic planning and contribute to the implementation of strategic projects.
- Organize, oversee, and present the annual budget to stakeholders.
- Plan financial and investment activities and ensure the continuous search for funding sources.
- Forecast cash flow, including cash balances and inflows for both short and long-term periods.
- Optimize and develop ERP systems and financial processes.
- Communicate with financial institutions, trade credit insurance companies, and insurers.
- Advise executives on financial matters.
- Approve payments and control customer debts.
- Supervise accountants based abroad.
- Organize and implement audits.
- Review and decide on KPIs and prepare and introduce analytical reports to the management team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee compensation and motivation systems.
Requirements
- Experience in cash flow management and forecasting.
- Experience working with factoring, guarantees, and banks.
- Understanding of letters of credit.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in a growing company.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to effectively solve emerging problems.
- Leadership, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and the ability to build, develop, and motivate a team.
